From start to finish all Personal Health Information (PHI) and your proprietary information is protected. Our dictation software options record and send files in DCT audio format (HIPAA compliant).

        Transcription Unlimited receives and sends e-mail using a HIPAA compliant secure server, Paubox, which is certified by an independent third-party for tech and policies that meet HIPAA requirements. All files are archived and backed up using the MozyPro HIPAA compliant remote backup service. In addition, system security is maintained by EAG Services and monitored using Kapersky Total Security Software. A further level of security is provided with unauthorized remote access automatic shutdown.
